We have to have a contract!

Our users are building businesses worth thousands of £, $, & €, so we need to have a contract to protect their interests as well as our own.

We have tried to be as honest and open about this opportunity - what you will receive and how much it will cost you. We have also placed as much information as we reasonably can on this website. However, for the full picture please download our Information Pack because when preparing the contract we simply passed the Pack to our Lawyers and said “Put this in a contract”.  Copies of these Terms and Conditions can be found in the Information Pack.

Remember - your total risk is limited to the initial set-up fee and the first year’s charge.

If you find, for whatever reason, that you do not wish to continue with the business, you are free to leave whenever you wish - you have no long term liability to pay the annual fee to us. However, you would forfeit the balance of your annual fee and you would have to send us any outstand share of Google Adsense income.

We will advertise the site to other owners, on the internet generally, or develop the site ourselves, so your site will be taken over. Under these circumstances we reserve the right to duplicate the content on your current site and this will be a condition of your contract with us.

Alternatively, you are free to sell your business yourself if you wish, but the new owner must be acceptable to us (we will not unreasonably withhold our permission) and they must sign our standard contract and pay the £75 set up fee and the current annual fee on the transfer date. Any amount they may pass to you for your business is entirely your own.
